A step-by-step look into what you can expect from us at Second Twin Stationery.

If you’re like us, you love the unconventional approach to weddings and the celebration of what makes us all unique. We specialize in a contemporary approach to wedding stationery while also embracing the whimsy of every couple’s personal love story or celebration.

We would be honored to have a small part in your life’s biggest celebrations.

Our Process

01 | Consultation + Design Discovery

Let’s get to know each other! On our call, we will gather all of the basic information regarding your event and discuss your stationery vision and the experience you’d like your guests to have. We’ll chat about deliverables and answer any questions you might have!

02 | Custom Proposal

Based on our initial consultation call, we will send you a custom design proposal and quote outlining our design, printing + assembling fees. A non-refundable retainer of the design fee cost is needed to secure our services.

03 | Design Trial + Contract

It’s hard to completely say yes to something you’ve never seen. That’s why we include our Design Trial. Review your first proof of designs, then decide if you’d like to move forward. From there, we’ll take care of the contract and then keep rolling with the design process.

04 | Design Process + Finalization

The custom design process starts no later than 4 months before your event date. Allowing 4-6 months of design and assembly time is ideal. During this time, we will explore paper + printing options, review design proofs + apply feedback, then finalize your invites based on your style and needs.

05 | Printing + Assembly

After your designs + all information are finalized, we partner with our trusted paper and print vendors to produce high-quality results. All materials are reviewed during an internal quality check as we assemble your suite. Assembly times vary by suite complexity. We recommend at least 3-4 weeks to produce and assemble your invitations.

06 | Celebrate!

You’ll have the option to either send the invites yourself or have us take that off your hands and mail them for you - all you’ll need to do is pay for the postage!

And your invites are officially in the mail! *Cue Happy Dance*. Sit back, relax, and bask in the satisfaction of crossing another big wedding to-do off your list.

Stationer’s Tip: Be sure to track guests’ responses as they hold key information for your day-of paper goods, such as dietary restrictions, guest attendance, and more.


General Pricing

Every invitation suite is unique. Our invite suite costs depend on design complexity, printing + assembly costs, and the quantity needed, so it’s difficult to list a general price because every couple’s needs are different.
